Red Planning worked on the planning application for two timber frame production buildings and new offices, with access and car parking in Mitchell on a greenfield site with no previous planning history.

After an initial recommendation for refusal we provided further policy justification for the proposal and received a delegated approval.

We continue to work for the current site owner Gregory Distribution and have secured an alternative use for the site which is now under construction.
