Bodmin

The site is located to the north of the town and is a strategic mixed-use allocation in the adopted Cornwall Council Strategic Allocations DPD. The site will deliver a mix of traditional family houses, apartments, and publicly accessible open space.

On behalf of our house builder client the planning strategy involved engagement with the local planning authority, community, and other stakeholders. The planning application was successful and the site is now under construction.
