Brocklands

Red Planning worked on the planning application for Brocklands, consisting of a replacement detached dwelling in a more central location within the site.

The proposed dwelling was a more sustainable and high-quality dwelling that positively contributes to the character of the area. After a series of council engagements and meetings, Red Planning put together and submitted a successful planning application which was granted approval despite objections from the AONB and World Heritage Site officers.
