West Carclaze Garden Village

Red Planning are working for EcoBos on the new Garden Village at West Carclaze near St Austell. We have submitted a reserved matters application for the first build phase of this exciting project. The Garden Village covers some 530 acres and will deliver 1500 new homes, a primary school, local centre with community hall, doctors, dentists, shops and other employment units.

The Garden Village will also deliver 350 acres of open space featuring miles of new paths and trails, lakes and wildlife habitats and sport and recreation facilities.
